3. Lovense is not responsible for delays, logistics issues, or system errors affecting the receipt of products or gifts.

4. Special Lovense activities—including Group Buy, Student Offer, Birthday Offer, 10-Year Quality Guarantee, and Fanfunding—have their own dedicated entry points and fixed promotional mechanics. The Spring Sale cannot be combined with any of these special activities or the Wish-list promotion.However, users who are eligible for the 15-Minute Reorder benefit may still participate in the Spring Sale.

5. Customers may choose either to use a coupon or to enjoy the Spring Sale product discounts. If a customer opts to use a coupon, the participating toy prices in the cart will automatically revert to the standard 50% OFF tier, after which the coupon discount will be applied.
