What is covered by this warranty?

Lovense warrants that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with the respective Product User Manual, during the entire warranty period. Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence. The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.

Products covered under ONE (1) YEAR warranty

Max (excluding TPE sleeve), Max 2 (excluding TPE sleeve), Nora, Lush, Lush 2, Hush, Ambi, Domi, Edge, Osci, Osci 2, Domi Female Attachment, Domi Male Attachment.

Products covered under NINETY (90) DAYS warranty

Max's sleeve, Max 2's sleeve.

What will Lovense do in the event of a warranty claim?

At Lovense, we stand by the quality of our products. If you discover a defect and notify Lovense during the warranty period, Lovense will, at its discretion, replace the product free of charge. Lovense will cover the cost of shipping replacement items.

What information is required?

  • Product serial number (located on the packaging).
  • Proof of purchase including the order number, purchase date, and location (website or store name).
  • Defect description.
  • Proof of defect in the form of a picture or video.

What is not covered by the warranty?

This warranty does not cover defects and damage resulting from:

  1. The product being used other than in a normal and customary manner.
  2. Any disassembly, repair, alteration, or modifications.
  3. Cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or an accident howsoever caused.
  4. Scratches or damage to plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts due to normal use.


Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we do not offer any kind of satisfaction guarantee. Discontinue use if any pain, irritation, or discomfort occurs. To avoid injury or aggravation of pre-existing conditions, this device should not be used on swollen or inflamed areas.
